How to bid: Register online (no fee) at the Clerk's online auction site before the auction. Deposit the greater of 5% of your intended maximum bid or $200 before bidding (ACH at least three full business days ahead, or cash/bank check by 4 p.m. the day before); final payment is due by 2 p.m. the next business day.
