How to bid: Bidders must first register on the official online Foreclosure & Tax Deed Sales site, then review properties and sale dates there. Per the Clerk's administrative order, the winning bidder must have an advance deposit of 5% of the winning bid (or $200, whichever is greater) and pay the balance within 24 hours.
