How to bid: Tax deeds: electronic auction on the online sale site; register there. Deposit $200 or 5% of your maximum bid, whichever is greater, per property, settled by 4:00 pm the day before the sale. Full payment is due within 24 hours of the advertised auction time or the deposit is forfeited and you may be barred from future auctions. List of Lands questions: TaxDeeds@CitrusClerk.org. Tax certificates: the Tax Collector's certificate sale is conducted online; homestead property with less than $250.00 due is not eligible for purchase.
