How to bid: Bidders must appear in person at the sale; sales begin at 11:00 a.m. Bids are cash or cashier's check only (no business checks, pre-approved checks or bank drafts). If the total bid is not paid at the sale, a deposit of $200.00 or 5% of the bid, whichever is greater, is due right after the sale and the balance within 24 hours. The winning bidder also pays the tax deed recording fee, proof of publication and certificate of mailing fees, and documentary stamps of $0.70 per $100 of the final bid.
