How to bid: Tax deeds: sales are held online only and begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. The winning bidder pays a non-refundable cash deposit of 5% of the bid or $200.00, whichever is greater; the remaining balance must be received within 24 hours of the sale by cashier's check, money order or cash at the Clerk's Office (no personal checks). Properties are sold 'Buyer Beware'. Registration steps are not stated on the Clerk's page.
